For US government clients interested in acquiring SSG Advisors products and services, there are a number of mechanisms through which we can be acquired, including indefinite quantity contracts and our MOBIS GSA Schedule.

Current IQCs and IDIQs


  • USAID Public Financial Management IDIQ. SSG is a subcontractor to Deloitte on the Public Financial Management IDIQ.

  • USAID Clean Energy (non-CPC) IDIQ. SSG is a subcontractor to Deloitte on the Clean Energy (non-Critical Priority Country) IDIQ.
  • Global Development Alliance IQC. SSG Advisors provides technical leadership, training, Mission support and analytical services for public-private partnerships. SSG Advisors is a prime contract holder of this mechanism.

  • USAID/Central Asia Macro IQC.The Macro IQC provides support for economic and policy reform in Central Asia. SSG Advisors is a subcontractor to Deloitte (Emerging Markets) and is currently supporting the implementation of the MEP and REFORMA Task Orders.

  • USAID/Central Asia Micro IQC.The Micro IQC provides support for private sector development in Central Asia. SSG Advisors is a subcontractor to Deloitte (Emerging Markets).

MOBIS GSA Schedule

The Mission-Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) is a contracting mechanism by which SSG’s professional services can be accessed quickly and economically. GSA Schedules are pre-approved pricelists that allow any federal government agency to buy an approved firm's services in much the same way it buys off-the-shelf commercial items. GSA schedules provide access to the services of pre-qualified organizations through an expedited process. Because the awards have already been competed, these schedules foster rapid solicitation and get people on the ground quicker than other contracting vehicles. On large contracts, government agencies can expect discounted rates, saving them money in the long run.

SSG-Advisors, a GSA contractor, was awarded a MOBIS contract (GS-10F-0274S) to provide a range of consulting services under SIN 874.1.

HUBZone Certification

SSG Advsiors, LLC as HUBZone small businesses is eligible for sole-source and limited competition on awards as well as preferential treatment on pricing. Federal agencies are mandated to award 3% of total contracts to HUBZone small businesses.

SBA 8(a) Certification

SSG Advisors, LLC is a member of the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program, and is therefore eligible for sole-source awards of up to $4 million.
